I am a responsible, goal oriented person. I have succeeded in all positions of work I have been assigned to. I've worked in the customer service environment for 10+ years now, and I've been able to mastered it, followed by the best possible solution to all customers. My experiences go from customer services representative, to a medical records analyst to a financial specialist in credit cards to an english-Spanish interpreter, I must say all of them have been challenging somehow but I've overcome all of them by being a fast learner person and resilient. There's always something new to learn, and I'm all in for it.
