I am a current employee of Carnival Cruise lines, i begins working in May 1993, as a Galley Cleaner and i worked my way up gradually to a waiter positions and then to a Team Head Waiter where i fallen in love with the Restaurant Business.
I currently hold the positions as a Sr. Asst. Restaurant Manager. Positions that i really love, i manage a team of 180 team members, i am in charge of scheduling, evaluating performances, and overseas the general Restaurant operations, ensuring the best quality service been provided to our guest.
- Establishing sales methods to increase revenue and how to minimize wastes, i ensure that the moral of all employees is hight and keep the team motivated, team work is the maid factor for completing talks in a timely manner.
