I started working at Amazon Turkey as aWEA role.After one year, I was deemed suitable for the position of Assistant Facility Manager.
For four months, I concurrently held the roles of Facility Manager and Assistant Facility Manager.
My responsibilities include organizing office events, welcoming guests at various functions, obtaining work permits, coordinating teams to ensure smooth technical and catering aspects of events, maintaining control over the office on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis, recording and reporting conditions that may pose a risk to employees in terms of occupational health and safety, organizing kitchen, cleaning, and reception teams, budget control and planning, conducting meetings with suppliers, and actively participating in international training sessions as well as organizing online and face-to-face meetings.
