- The works involve executing electrical installations for the damaged houses and according to the below process:
- I- Conduct a site survey and make the assessment.
- II- Select electrical materials based on the specs in a vendor list.
- III- Meeting contractors and planning a kickoff meeting to handle the works officially.
- IV- Monitoring and controlling work execution process to confirm following the project plan.
- V- Make a change request (balance) once the works deviate from the standard process.
- VI- Measuring total actual quantities of contractor works and hand over the project to QC UNDP team.

- I Worked for Bee Cable Company as a Quality Reign manager to check the (QA/QC) of all Korek Telecom (Rollout & Construction) projects in north of Iraq & my tasks were:
- I- Perform all daily inspection and test of the scope and character necessary to achieve the quality of construction & Rollout required in the drawings and specifications for all works under the contract.
- II- Carry out inspection and check for all quality related procedures in the site and ensures all activities as approved criteria and inspect test plan.
- III- Coordinate with the consultants representative & Site In-charge for inspection and make meeting about quality problems including the closure of Non-Compliance Report.
- IV- Report to the QA/QC Manager, control and monitor all activities related to Quality Management System.
- V- Taking care of QA/QC documents of the entire project including certificates, technical files, calibration, test results, inspection requests, non-compliance reports, site instruction/observations, permanent materials delivered and other QA/QC documents.
- VI- Develop activity's methods including risk assessment and job safety environmental analysis and Inspection Test Plan and Checklist based on project's specifications.
- VII- Carry out Internal Audit at the site as scheduled in the PQP (Project Quality Plan).
- VIII- Liaise with the Technical Engineers to submit materials to a client.
