Organization and control of independent work of students, use of the most effective forms, methods and means of training, participation in the research work of the department. Disciplines: "Informatics", "Decision-making systems in international business", "IT projects", "Software quality"

Initial familiarization of new employees with the software product used (basic training program), providing instructions on installing the necessary components.
Adding credentials for new employees to connect to the servers used for training.
Training and support for new employees as part of the training program. APAC, LATAM, N/A, EMEA (partial support).
Working with teams of developers and testers (Ukraine, Poland, India) to prepare instructions for developed reports.
Developing and updating training materials (video courses, lectures, developing instructions for new standards).
Connecting and installing database components for working with macros.
Describing macros and placing them in Confluence with the next update.
Developing, distributing and checking completed tasks for training programs.
Conducting an audit, reviewing and providing feedback to the employee.

Establishing deadlines for retaking exams and differentiated tests for which unsatisfactory grades were received, as well as in the event of students' failure to appear for an exam or test due to illness or other valid reasons.
